Details: Permanent (with opportunity for secondment) Reporting to the Manager of Quality & Innovation in the Office of the City Manager, you work in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team as a member of an internal consulting branch focused on continuous improvement initiatives to help achieve the corporation’s Mission – that of becoming the best run municipality in Canada.
We are looking for a collaborative, strategic team player with extensive knowledge, skills and experience in:
- Organizational effectiveness including: Building the consulting relationships, diagnosis organizational effectiveness, process facilitation, incorporating change management principles, and advising on best practice research
- Innovative approaches to business process design
- Exceptional approaches to communication in a business environment
- Managing adaptability and flexibility with clients while balancing multiple initiatives Typically the knowledge, skills and experience are obtained through a university degree in Business Administration, Adult Education, Human Resources or related degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with consultation and facilitation experience.
