Rick Adkins

Rick Adkins is a member of the Canadian Auto Workers (C.A.W.) union. Over his more than 30 years of union activity, Rick has negotiated collective bargaining agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, and in-plant overtime agreements. Brenda Barker is a faculty member with Queen's University Industrial Relations Centre and the designer of the professional development programs offered in the Queen's Certificates in Organization Development, Human Resources Management, and Industrial Relations. Carol Beatty

Dr. Carol Beatty was Director of the Industrial Relations Centre at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, from 1996 to 2006. Donald Carter

Professor Donald Carter is a member of the Queen's University Faculty of Law. From 1993 to 1998, he served as dean of law at Queen's, and from 1985 to 1990, he was director of the Industrial Relations Centre and the School of Industrial Relations. <Full Bio>.
