Eric Cousineau MBA, CMC, CMA is Managing Director of OCG Strategy and Organization Consulting and specializes in assisting clients in articulating and implementing their strategy. His areas of emphasis are on providing cost-effective solutions to issues in organizational effectiveness including dealing with the HR aspects, including compensation and performance measurement.
