Kristin Eliot

Kristin Eliot is a founding partner of Eliot, Smith, a law firm that restricts its practice to labour, employment, and human rights law. Kristin is legal counsel to a number of public and private sector unions and employee associations, and regularly appears on their behalf before labour boards of arbitration, labour tribunals, and the courts. She is an Adjunct Professor at Queen's University, where she teaches labour law and labour arbitration in the Master of Industrial Relations program and the School of Business.

Kristen is an instructor on the IRC's Labour Arbitration progam.
