Lucinda Bray

Lucinda Bray has more than 20 years of experience as a manager and consultant in the public and private sectors, working in Canada and the United Kingdom. Lucinda specializes in organization development, developing customized learning programs, facilitating groups, and creating learning materials. Her firm, Lucinda Bray & Associates, has clients that include the Irish Management Institute, Trinity College Dublin, the Irish Civil Service Training Centre, KPMG, and various government departments and non-governmental organizations. In addition, she ran Touche Ross Canada’s national management development program for professional staff for four years, and for two years was manager of training for Canada’s Wonderland. Her many academic accomplishments include an MA in Educational Technology from Concordia University, and an Msc in Education and Training Development from Dublin City University in Ireland.
