Scott Kress
Scott Kress began his career in training and development in 1989 and has worked with some of the leading experiential training organizations in the world including, Pecos River, Aon Consulting, and Outward Bound. He studied adult learning, leadership, conflict resolution, and change management from some of the most talented trainers in North America.
Mr. Kress is a licensed facilitator of The Coaching Clinic, Foundations of Leadership, Effective Intelligence, and Emotional Intelligence. He is also a keynote speaker and uses his experience on some of the highest peaks in the world to motivate and challenge teams and individuals.
