Stacey Firth

Stacey Allerton Firth was appointed Vice President, Human Resources, Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited in June 2003.

She joined Ford Motor Company in 1990 and has held various human resources positions in Michigan, Minnesota, andOntario, including Director of the Human Resources Customer Centre, Human Resources Manager – Quality, Human Resources Manager – Global Human Resources, and Supervisor, Labour Relations for the Twin Cities Assembly Plant. She has provided human resources support to Vehicle Operations, Powertrain Operations, Product Development, and Automotive Components organizations as a Human Resources Associate.

Ms. Allerton Firth served as the lead negotiator for the 2005 CAW National Negotiations team, which reached an agreement supporting Ford’s vision for a sustainable and competitive business environment in Canada while protecting employees' interests. She was also a member of the 1999 Ford - UAW National Negotiations team.

She holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Michigan State University.
