The OD Collection

We have arranged our OD Collection to correspond to the IRC-developed “Blueprint for Organization Effectiveness”. This Blueprint defines the six “rooms” or practice areas in which the modern OD practitioner must operate: Strategy, Leadership, Design, Partnerships, Organizational Learning, and Talent. Depending on document type, the material in this online collection can either be freely downloaded or purchased online and shipped to you that day. For your convenience, we have arranged the material into topic areas and document type.

This Collection is under active development and will be regularly added to with case studies, discussion papers, and other related material.
